Plated appetizers 5-6pm. Dinner choices are Prime Rib with Aus Jus and Horseradish Sauce or Citrus Salmon with citrus shallot vinaigrette, tomatoes and capers. Dessert is strawberry cheesecake. Dietary restrictions can be accomodated.
