We collect, process and/or store information from you on our website when you:

- are a member / log into our website
We may hold onto your information until we receive a request for erasure, at which point we will delete or anonymize your information. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visits to Our Website
Our website is hosted through Cloudways. Cloudways holds a server log of all website visits to help with security and diagnostics. The server log contains the visitor’s IP address but no information like name, phone number or email address.
Our website does not use Google Analytics.
Form Submissions
The information we collect from these forms consists of all the information you enter and your IP address. We use the submitted information to process your submission and to respond to it (if applicable). If you want your records to be removed please contact us.
To protect our website from spam submissions, we are using Cloudflare Turnstile. Visit Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for more information.
We use Stripe to process payments (e.g. on the events registration or membership dues form) on our website. Your personal and transactional data will be shared with Stripe. This is done so the payment processor can charge your credit/debit card on our behalf and to prevent fraud. The payment processor does not give us access to your full credit card number. Member Only Area / Login
Members are registered on our website, allowing them to log into the Members Only area and view information only pertaining to them. Members (incl. expired) are registered on the website, until manually deleted by an administrator.
We are using MailerLite for sending newsletter emails to our members. Read MailerLite’s Privacy Policy for how MailerLite handles your personal data. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or emailing secretary@sgcyc.com.
Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website.

Content Hosted by Third Parties
We may embed content on our website from third parties such as Google Maps, YouTube and Picflow. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
